Dr. Keith, Grethil, Beatris were really helpful and take care of my cat gentle and nicely. I once came with an appointment, and another time just walk in. Really clean place and greT staff. Super recommend it ✨

Called to get a consultation after learning my cat had bladder stones. They did have a bot take the call and stuff but they were responsive. After leaving a message with the bot, they quickly reached back out bought by calling and texting me to get more information and quick scheduled a same day in person consultation. After letting me know all my options they gave a very reasonable quote and got a surgery schedule for next day. Overall loved how responsive and kind the staff were. I would highly recommend this location.

I brought my cat here twice for rounds of shots. Pricey, but typical for the neighborhood, and first visit free is nice (w/ promo code). The nurses are very sweet and lovey with my cat. Gave him churu both times. Reception area is large. It’s easy to block sight of other pets while waiting to be taken back. I had a good experience but not everyone does. I overheard another pet parent arriving to pick up their pet from surgery. They arrived on time, only to be told “We texted you 15 minutes ago that your pet needs another hour to recover” because body temp was still too low. The pet parents never received this text, despite having received other texts about the appointment. The text never arrived. So they showed up on time, in the middle of a work day, only to learn they’re an hour early. First, imo, 15 minutes is not enough of a heads up. Second, reception should have called! Left a voicemail or spoken on the phone. Email or texting isn’t enough. Makes reception seem lazy. Bond Vet should improve their communication methods. It’s easy and would make a huge difference.
